How to Test the Solar Lights String
Connect the String lights to the Solar Panel
- The two arrows on the connector between lights and panel need to line up. If they are not lined up the lights will not work.
- The button must be set to the "ON" position before charging and illumination.
How to determine if the button is "ON" or "OFF"
- Completely cover the panel. If the lights turn on automatically, it indicates that the button is in the "ON" position.
- If not, press the button once.
- If it still does not work, maybe the remaining factory power is depleted. Charge the lights via USB for a few hours, cover the panel, and retest them.

Charge it via USB for 1 hour and cover the panel. If the lights don't turn on automatically, they are in the "Off" position.
How can I buy replacement bulbs?
Search "G40 bulbs solar" on Amazon. Avoid purchasing 120V bulbs and ensure that the bulb base is E12 not E26.
What USB cords will work with this?
This solar light string can be charged via USB. The USB cable is not included in the package. The charging port type is Micro USB, as shown in the product description picture.
Can I plug this in to a battery backup?
It's a pin hole plug to the solar panel, so you cannot directly connect the string to the battery backpack.
Can I charge it via USB and light it up indoors at the same time?
The 18650 battery in the solar panel is rechargeable and can store the charge.
