Shipping Policy

  • When order is received 

    All orders are shipped within 1 business day.

    Orders can be cancelled before shipping, but are not editable once being placed. 


  • Shipping for orders in US

    Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, with a shipping fee of $3.99. Orders over $39 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. 

    90 percent of our customers will receive our shipment within 3 business days. 

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping options to better serve customers outside the contiguous United States.

    If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, it may be due to a delay within the postal system. Should this occur, please contact our customer service team at cs@lepro.com for further assistance.

    Please Note: Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, which could result in items arriving at different times.

     

  • Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

    In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately if the backordered items will be in stock over 20 days. The backordered items will then been shipped when stock is replenished. 

    If the backorder will be available in 20 days, we will ship the whole order when the backorder is in stock. 

    If you need the in-stock items urgently, please feel free to contact us. We can arrange to ship the available items immediately and issue a refund for the backordered products.
