Troubleshooting

Auto-Search Availability:
1. [WiFi+Bluetooth] or [Bluetooth only] device:
Supported. Make sure your mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on and connected to WiFi, also the APP GPS positioning permission needs to be enabled.
2. [WiFi only] device:
NOT supported.
3. [Security Camera Floodlights]:
NOT supported.

Make sure your device is in pairing mode before searching for it. (Click to check how to reset your device). If your device doesn’t support auto-search, please try to add it manually.

If the network pairing fails, please check:

1. Make sure your device is in pairing mode.
2. The WiFi router is a in 2.4GHz network
3. Make sure your phone is connected to WiFi and Bluetooth is turned on
4. Make sure the APP has enabled location services and WiFi permissions.
5. The device is close to the router and the signal is strong
6. Make sure the device is not installed in a metal cover and the signal is not shielded
7. Make sure the entered WiFi password is correct
8. In General, each home router can only carry 10 - 20 WiFi devices, confirm whether the router is overloaded.
