1. Customer Eligibility & Channel Policy

Who Should Apply?

Our B2B Wholesale Program is tailored for:

• Independent E-commerce Stores (DTC Sites): Retailers operating their own branded websites/domain names.
• Brick-and-Mortar Retailers: Physical retail shops, hardware stores, and local distributors.
• Commercial Contractors & Electricians: Project-based buyers, facility managers, and installation specialists.
• Corporate / Institutional Buyers: Educational institutions, office complexes, and industrial workshop procurement teams.

Channel Policy & Marketplace Restrictions

• Amazon & Third-Party Marketplaces: Lepro directly operates all accounts on Amazon and major third-party online marketplaces. We do not authorize third-party reselling on Amazon, nor do we issue Letters of Authorization (LOA), ungating invoices, or raw UPC databases for marketplace selling.
• Account Approval: All B2B applications are vetted to ensure sales occur strictly through authorized direct or project-based channels.

Omni-Channel Retail Pricing Policy (MAP / Price Integrity)

To maintain brand value and protect fair profit margins across our entire distribution network, authorized B2B partners agree that retail listing prices on any channel must NOT be lower than the current public selling prices on Lepro's Official Website or Amazon Official Store.

2. Required Information for Account Application

To complete your B2B account verification and activate wholesale pricing, please prepare the following documents before applying:

1. Company Information: Official Business Name & Tax ID (EIN).Primary Contact Person, Corporate Email, and Phone Number.Business Shipping & Billing Addresses.
2. Channel Verification: Official Domain/Website URL (for independent online retailers) OR Physical Store Address/Project Details.
3. Tax Exemption / Resale Certificate: Valid State Resale Certificate / Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Required to set up tax-exempt purchasing status).

3. Account Application & Activation Flow

Step 1: Submit Application

• Submit your business registration and Resale Certificate to business@lepro.io or through our online B2B contact form.

Step 2: Vetting & Verification (1–2 Business Days)

• Our B2B Account Team will review your credentials to ensure non-Amazon compliance. Once verified, your account email will be tagged with B2B wholesale access.

Step 3: Passwordless Account Login

• Once activated, visit the Lepro US website and enter your registered email address.
• You will instantly receive a 6-digit verification code (OTP) via email. Simply enter the code to log in—no password setup required.
• Upon logging in, wholesale tier discounts and tax-exempt status (if approved) will automatically apply across our product catalog.

4. Ordering, Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Flexible MOQ: No strict Minimum Order Quantity—you can order as few as 1 unit.
• Tiered Volume Pricing: Discount tiers automatically apply at checkout based on order quantities (e.g., 1–5 units, 6–19 units, 20+ units / bulk pallet orders).
• Catalog Access: Approved B2B users can access real-time stock levels and live wholesale pricing directly on the website.

5. Payment Methods & Bank Transfer Details

We support secure, flexible payment options for North American commercial clients:

• Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
• Express Digital Checkout: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
• Tax-Exempt Purchasing: Once your Resale Certificate is approved on file, sales tax will be automatically waived at checkout.
