You have to press the button around 100 times before the flashlight finally turns off. Both of the ones I received developed this issue shortly after use. Within the first week, they started experiencing this problem. It may not sound too bad, but it can be quite frustrating.

The brightness might be too intense for clinical use on a patient. However, it's perfect for everything else. If used clinically, make sure to keep it at a distance from the patient's eyes.

I bought these little lights to walk my dogs at night, and they clip nicely onto my jeans or jacket pocket. However, after walking only half a mile, the light burnt out. I thought it was the batteries, so I replaced them, but both lights had the same issue. If you need a quick light to search your purse or car for something, they’ll work. But for a 30-minute walk, the performance just isn't there.
