🚚 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We partner with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon MCF to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the continental United States.
1. Processing Time: All orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery: Typically 1–4 business days after dispatch.
3. Fast Delivery: Over 95% of orders are delivered within 3 business days.

🕓 Please note: During peak seasons such as Black Friday and the holiday period, delivery times may experience slight delays. We will do our best to ensure your package is shipped within 1–2 days and delivered within 1–3 days. In rare cases of extreme weather, strikes, or port congestion, delays exceeding 3 days may occur — we’ll keep you updated via email or website announcements.

💲 Shipping Rates
1. Standard Shipping: $3.99 flat rate per order.
2. Free Shipping: Orders over $39 qualify for free shipping (within the 48 contiguous U.S. states).
3. Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time. We’re actively working to expand our coverage and better serve customers in those areas.

⚠️ Important Notes
1. Upon Delivery
Please check your package immediately upon arrival to confirm that:

2. Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare case that an item is out of stock:
-- Our team will reach out via email or phone within 1 business day to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
-- If you choose to keep the item, it will be shipped automatically once restocked (typically within the estimated restock date).
-- Occasionally, restocked items may ship earlier than expected — we’ll notify you once they are on the way.

3. Tracking & Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 48 hours, please:

-- Reach out directly to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
Your package may be delayed or misplaced in transit, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

📦 Order Cancellations & Modifications
1. Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once the package has been shipped, we’re unable to guarantee that it can be recalled in transit.
2. If you decide to cancel after shipment:
--Please refuse delivery when the package arrives.
--Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll process your refund promptly.
3. If your request is due to a price change or discount not being applied, please contact our customer service at cs@lepro.com — we’ll be happy to help with a price adjustment or alternative solution.
