All orders are shipped within 1 business day (working day only, and we don't work on weekends or on public holidays).
Orders cannot be amended once it is placed. If the order is not shipped, we would cancel the order, if shipped, the clients have to wait for delivery or place a new order, return the wrong items and get a refund once they are returned to us. Clients have to pay for return postage.

It takes 1-7 business days to receive via standard shipping method and the free shipping on orders over $39 within the 48 contiguous United States.
Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Any problem about additional shipping about Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, or any needs for other territories outside the 48 contiguous United States, please call or email us.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be dispatched immediately if the backordered items will be in stock over 20 days. The backordered items will then been dispatched when stock is replenished.
If the backorder will be available in 20 days, we will dispatch the whole order when the backorder is in stock. If you need the in-stock items urgently, please contact us freely, and then we will refund the backorder and dispatch the in-stock items immediately.
