I used this for under the bed lighting for a nightlight. I plugged them into a HomeKit enabled plug and turn it on and off with a motion sensor. Works amazing when you need to get up in the middle of the night. No more banged up shins!!! The sticky backing was really strong and stuck to the underside of the bed with zero issues. The dimmer was a nice addition for what I was trying to do but not necessary.

Use these to backlight my stained glass projects. They last forever...

I added these to the inside of an armoire around the door opening. The length was perfect, I think I only cut off about 18 inches. Dimmer works well. The 3M sticky on the back is holding the light strip on well after a few weeks, so I think it will stay put. I connected a Sensky BS011 optical sensor to turn the lights on when the door is opened and off when closed. The sensor was inexpensive--about as much as the light strip. The sensor plugs fit perfectly between the power adapter and the dimmer. (Note: if you do this, make sure the sensor is added next to the power source, not after the dimmer. The dimmer reduces the power, which affects operation of the sensor.)

Works as expected. Very sticky adhesive!

We used this in a corner cabinet. It worked very well. Easy to install, adheres well. The only problem I had was starting to expose the sticky side of the tape, otherwise I am very pleased.
